Seriously, I think CCC mentioned that the people Kiara corrupted are not really bad people, some ordinary people, some good people. I think Emiya will break when he realized he had to killed a bunch of good people who was protecting their saviour from him. Even worst where some theorized that Taiga fell into the influence of the cult due to Shirou's acts as "Hero of Justice" which is just terrorism reported in news and Emiya had to run his blade through her to get to Kiara.

In my opinion, Emiya will not willingly kill Taiga, but if he did it via accident due to Kiara's influence or Taiga used herself as a shield for Kiara, I sure it is enough for Emiya to break. Unlike Saber, Rin and Sakura, Taiga is just an ordinary civilian but the closest thing of a family Shirou has after Kerry. Killing her with his own hands should be enough to drive this guy over to despair.
