The visual design, and what can be seen of her personality from her lines.
I mean, I know it's Type-Moon and all, and they seem to feel some pleasure in turning the Paladins into "wacky" characters, but I expected a more dignified portrayal.
Well the design is one thing, but personality wise shes pretty dignified. She might be a little energetic and spazzy since her character is that of a girly knight but all and all I don't really see her character as wacky as Astolfo. She is very much as whole-heartedly of a chivalrous heroic knight as Astolfo, except seen through the lens of a teenaged girl.

She actually reminds me a bit of Charles. Both had the generic LN character design going on, both are fans of certain senpais, both are energetic and dignified as knights. Since I picked her to farm for awhile I got used to the most annoying parts of her and now it's fine. Now all I need to do is wait for the hentai fanarts.

Didn't Charlemagne say in Link that all the paladins were pretty wacky? I mean even ignoring Astolfo, Brad comes from the same story where a man's reaction to getting shot down by a girl was to strip naked and go on a rampage.
Design aside, I rather like her. It looks like they did a fair amount of research and she has interesting NPs. Perhaps most importantly to me they actually kept her love for Ruggiero. Though I'd have probably toned down the Round Table fangirling. Merlin makes sense, but I think Arthur and the knights are a bit much.
Nah, I want the NTR doujins. That's the main dish.
