i really like how Yan Qing is massively pissed off when Hassan "Hassan sacrificed himself, not for his own lord, but for the saviour of this city that he had yet to even see" during the flashback, and even threw us a monologue.

Felt like the whole thing is a reference on how he had to runaway and left his lord Lu Junyi to die during his life.

also, this whole interlude feels like that Yan Qing only endsup joining Prof M back in SHinjuku after and only after he got slammed with doppelganger
