Look up hindu/jainistic myth cause you simply don't understand what the Root actually is. The " " is quite literally how it is described in KnK and Hindu myth. Its like Chaos in Greek myth or what we would call God in Christianity. There was literally nothing in existence (and remember its multiversal, or at least its Records are) before it was around (therefore it was always around, remember this is mythology).
Thus its quite literally 'the Root of all Things'.

Dear good sir I understand what that means, no need to explain. It's even in Buddhism as the Buddha-before-all and in Shinto as Amenominakanushi. That's not the point here. The fact that there is another universe following different rules existed outside of the nasuverse where Outer Gods living in where the rules of the current universe does not apply means that w/e the Root established only applies to the current universe and the other universes must have their own Root which establish their own rules. Which means you cannot rule out the possibility of an omniverse-tier being creating these different universes with different rules and those rules are in the form of the respective Roots of each universes. The nasuverse and the Outer God universe can be part of a group of universes. Basically I am referring to a possibility of a Zen-Ou (see Dragon Ball Super) controlling these independent universes.
