well with the Servants that are turned into demon pillars they always explicitly use the grail to turn into a demon pillar. Medea Lily shoves it into Jason, Cu Alter holds up the grail and asks it to transform him, Ozy fuses with it.
However Lev and Zolgen are never seen using a grail to transform so ?????
