I prefer to think of the beasts as stronger because humanity is not so great just because it adds to the feeling that everything wants to kill you in Tsukihime.

Clearly, in Tsukihime-land, all of the Beasts are female, and will eventually end up in Shiki's harem ...

I mean, the 人類悪 acts as the basis for heroic spirits summoning and we knew heroic spirits summoning is not a thing in Tsukihime worlds.

It just means that in Tsukihime worlds, the Human Order wasn't pulsing with enough vitality to make use of that as a countermeasure to the Evils of Man. Not necessarily that the Evils of Man don't exist, because Primate Murder clearly does.

Didn't someone in Babylon explain how 人類悪 (what's the translated term used here for this?) gets stronger as humanity develops?
If humanity is weaker, 人類悪 would be weaker too.

I guess the humans in Tsukihime lacked vitality and thus eventually died out due to sloth while the humans in Fate has too much vitality and thus accelerated their extinction.

That's....literally what I just said a few posts earlier

Point is, if heroic spirit summoning does not exist in Tsukihime world the 人類悪 will have different names and power due to humanity is weak, like Fou is known as Primate Murder not Beast IV. And because the heroic summoning system does not exist there, I don't think Goetia can deploy his "plant grails (art graphs) in 7 points to create singularities" project if he also existed in Tsukihime world. Does grail even exist in Tsukihime worlds???

There are two motives to read a book. First, to enjoy the story.
Second is so you can boast about it.

Again, it's that Servants can't be summoned. Its just the reversal of Servants = No DAAs but DAs are still around; presumably you have DAAs and no Servants, but Heroic Spirits themselves are still around. It'd be very strange for Nasu to point out that seven guys that don't actually exist and can't be called are needed to restrain the doge that does exist.

So I don't know why Beasts can't exist since its not like they're summoned in "regular" Holy Grail Wars anyway.

I don't think they are similiar.
Goetia wanted go travel back in time to the moment of Earth's creation and remade everything into deathless state.
Dust of Osiris wanted to create database of entire human knowledge (akin to Moon Cell) and power it up by Philosopher Stones so it would exist even after mankind's extinction.
it's like every fiber of his being radiated a very dejected threat...

You have to admit there are some parallels between the philosophers stones and the ring of light

Personally, I'm going with "human vices".

What are your sources for this? From what I remember, Nasu said that Tsukihime and Fate/stay night exist on the same universe. It is Kara no Kyoukai that is regarded as a different parallel world due to some settings shanenigans.

Both involve consuming humanity to create a perfected world without death or tragedy. In Osiris' case, the deathless world was a virtual record of humanity.
