I see no reason not to. Yandere stalkers are always really popular.
The title is supposed to reference both her being a stalker and a berserker that can talk since she actually makes a point of that in game.

Makes sense, now that I checked her profile and found out she has dragon attribute. From the lore alone I figured she was human all the time except NP transformation.

She originally was completely human. She just managed to turn into a dragon out of pure obsession.
There are no records of her having the blood of the Dragon Kind mixed in. There was only a persistent deep-rooted delusion towards the human she was deeply in love with.
...in other words, one could say that transforming into a dragon just with a "misconception" is an manifestation of her tenacity.
