Stuck on tsukihime day 9? How to progress?

I'm stuck on day 9-Cast off cicada shell. I keep getting the end where shiki's brother appears and kills you in the tea room, no matter what choices I make day 9. So I'm assuming it's something before then i have to do, any tips?

I must have missed an important choice then, because I thought i was nice to her on almost every occasion, I'll Play thru it again real quick

Day 1:
Go check the sound in the morning.
Go think in the hallway at noon.
Stay at school in the afternoon.

Day 2:
Go to the tea ceremony club room.

Day 5:
Don't eat lunch, then accept lunch.
At night, choose Ciel.

Also when you later get the choice to choose Arc or Ciel, choose Ciel (duh).
