TBF MB follows the normal end of satsuki's route, IIRC. Not that I actually think satsuki route is or ever was a thing.

Wasn't that only a theory because melt blood didn't seem to follow any of the routes so people just went that means it follows the satsuki route then.

Also doesn't Shiki only fight vampire satsuki in far side routes? My memory is rusty

And that's true in the final game, but all the released information on the route points to it being Roa/Vampire-centric, witch is all Near Side stuff.
