Mew and Canon use "Special Attack" which is what each character describes.
However, the idiom, I believe it's an idiom, is suicide attack.

Regarding the terminology with "Dragon", I simply translated it as it was written, but you're probably right about it meaning "dragon-slaying" in context. And I completely missed the other meaning of "special attack". I'll try to adjust the translation there accordingly. Thanks for pointing it out.

Probably, since that's the best person that seems to fit the description. Can't say for certain, though. The only other possibility I can think of is that, since it was talking about the "Knights of the Round Table", it's referring to Leonard Harwey from Fate/Extra, considering his family's rich and powerful background.
