Thats why i have been trying to drop the italics on "sister". They are evil.
She is the person Shinji hates the most, it would be interesting to know what she thinks. In the last POV we had on her it said that she was going to try to learn magic seriously.

Why would Shinji being a magus or not change her living or not? Except in a very broad sense, in that if Shinji was Sakura wouldn't have been adopted by the Matou. But that's a big of a reach.
Ww know what she thinks. We've seen her thought processes (or the externals of them at least) prior to the events of FSN. And unlike everyone else, Shinji leaving changes nothing for her. She's still getting wormed hard.
She had a minor change of heart after the christmas of the first or second book were she was going to try to be a magus instead of just react and after Zouker recived the play with his story when he was young he tortured less for pleasure. Also, one day without saying anything Shinji just up an leave. Add to that that while she gets candy for christmas he gave her former sister a mansion in London.
And shouldnt she have meet Shiro doing the thing with the bar last year?

Shinji being away and so not raping her may change some things, but it remains to be seen if Zouken is having someone else apart from the worms do that to her...
