    My Little Weeb Art Thread Can't Be This Shitty!

    Hey guys, here's an art thread.

    Some of you guys may have some questions that I will preemptively answer

    Because I do this for shits and giggle and would hesitate to even say I do it for fun

    On a slightly more serious note, Froggy/Ziodyne rec'd a book called "Figure Drawing For All It's Worth" so I skimmed through it, promptly ignored anything that was written down and therefore potentially helpful in actually learning how to draw, and skipped straight to the pictures because I'm a terrible student. (I swear I'll actually read it eventually)

    First figure/example was of a big muscular dude, so obviously I drew Saitama



    forgive the shitty lighting and shitty camera, I don't have a scanner.

    Anyways, I'm going to go through it super slowly and see how much I'll actually improve in the process.

    Next one is female, any suggestions?

    Drew a face



    A full 2 months between posts. Why? Well, I fucked up my wrist. Really bad. Carpal tunnel took two weeks to recover, and then basal thumb arthritis that has still yet to 100% recover (though it's basically 99% now) It physically hurt to use my thumb for a good 6 weeks, but pain's gone now, I think I'm in the clear.

    I think you've got a good start on understanding the construction of hands. I would recommend looking for references on whatever hand positions you attempt and paying attention to shapes, etc. Same thing for clothing folds, just pull up references images and you'll get a feel for it with more practice. You should keep it up though!

    Welcome to another episode of "MLUCBTH fucked up his proportions because he tried to eyeball it but misjudged how big heads can be and now his character fanart has a disproportionately large head and he's too lazy to redo the whole thing also hands are hard"

    So I figured Marie's hat kind of looked like one of those snow disks you could sled on so I went and checked and I was totally wrong but rolled with it anyways.

    So here's Marie in winter clothes (literally just her regular clothes but with long sleeves) taking her hat sledding.
