    Having said that, it probably wouldn't be OOC for Jinako or Extra Shinji to have a team of optimized manmaxy Servants.

    I would say that they have a commonality on that part. For Shirou, as long as he is of assistance for people then he'll do it at the risk of his own self. Well killing innocents aside, that is.
