Finally got around to finish all the sides stories. It got easier when I realized that I could be smart in leveling the bond of the servants so the next one would be already at 14 when I came around to use them. Also when I discovered that some characters get huge bonus for some skills (Liz with +50 endurance is nice).
Also, it was just me or in the end all characters play basically the same? I mean, they combos are different enough, but in the end I found the easiest way was to just spam extella manoeuvres that are all the same.
I guess I am tentatively interested in a real Musou game; how are they compared to extella, for those that usually play them? Also is usually the camera as bad as in Extella?

I haven't played extella yet so take what i say with a grain of salt, but from the gameplay i've seen i think the usual musou games by koei to be better. They usually don't have something like the extella manouevers that lets you cheese your way through. Specials attacks are in every game, but none freeze the enemies and just lets the player do uninterupted damage like extella. At the very least in the higher difficulties you'll need to think about your attacks a bit.

Maybe i'll change my mind after playing, but extella doesn't seem like well made musou game.
