Charles's a king (and one of the most famous ones), and Nasu likes for most of his Kings characters to be wanked and OP (even if he isn't the one directly designing/writing them) so I have faith
About the skills, Drake has one call Dance Macabre(?), it's that one new?

Not every "skill" you can use in Extra and Extella is an actual skill in the regular servant skill sense, it's just gameplay abilities.
Won't happen since Karna is one of Nasu's favorite.

I mean even then, Karna got the crap kicked out of him in CCC. He was amazing though on continuing to exist after that, he was crippled to the level he couldn't fight however.

But it was under a ton of power up, not like it was a true 1v1 either, not a jobbing but a logic outcome.
More impressed by the fact that he could be a threat under Jinako since even with a good master he struggle to use all his power.

Attacked by behind by a boosted Cu Alter, managed to survive and use his NP, and i heard he didn't have his armor but even then in either case it's not disappointing from him.
Then why he couldn't use his spear ?
Sorta, on one hand he was utterly jobbed by a spear to the back. On the other he knocked out your whole party with one attack. It's fifty-fifty.

All Cu was boosted was his healing, which is hax but Gae Bolgs still the same in power. Also it not necessarily he didn't have his armor in America, it just wasn't mentioned but by the same token there's nothing implying he doesn't have it either. likely he had it but it just wasn't spoken about because of how combat in FGO..

It's Higashide, so expect Karna to get ignominiously shafted by someone interrupting his epic duel.
Like you said healing is still hax, i'm pretty sure if Cu Alter wasn't boosted by the grail he would have died with Karna, which is pretty impressive from a guy being backstabbed by gae bolg.
