It's a well known fact that the PSP has for some reason become a haven for BL/Otome games, and that they're still thriving there long after the console's death.
So obviously that's what this is.
Indeed, why would they make it a console game, when a mobile game already makes them a million every day
It could be an episodic game like FF7 remake, but mobile. With new chapters being for different Servants as dlc, or event rewards, with overarching plot.
