Nero at some point through facial expression or comment (pretty sure she says "no reaction, huh?" at some point), noticed that Hakuno didn't react much For example, that's why she jumped on top of the bath fountain and went hammy. Chyuu subs for episode 3 are out. They were delayed for 2 reasons:
1)They were using Netflix's japanese subs to check their scripts and translations for episodes 1 and 2 before releasing their subs of said episodes with Neflix's undimmed video
2) Some complications arose for episode 3 and they decided to just wait and release it using Netflix's undimmed video (again, using Neflix's japanese subs to help them with the translation) at that point.

The way Hakuno descended to kiss Nero looked a lot like the way Dios would float down from the castle to merge with Utena in RGU. Probably not a nod or anything, but the resemblance struck me. The overflowing roses in the OP also reminded me of the dance scene in the Utena movie, though I didn't immediately draw any parallels to it.

It was Li. He used an attack that fucked with your servant's magic circuits and Rin or Rani (whoever you saved) fucks your servant to get them back to normal. It is this threat Li presents that makes your Servant tell you about their Noble Phantasm and allow their use.

I dunno about Dan, but Alice's floor needs to be some fucking mindfuck wonderland thing. Talking about Alice, there's precedent for Nero (and Nameless and Tamamo) thinking a servant's a Master. In Extra round 3, all 3 servants and Hakuno think Alice are twin Masters and Jabberwock is a Berserker class Servant. Nursery Rhyme is mistaken for a master.

I noticed how they left a spot above shinji next to Amari, which makes sense because it's probably reserved for her servant. Well, you can also clearly see that besides that row the servant-master pairings are listed with servants on the left. So Amari being a servant in disguise basically confirmed. Alternatively, Rin is a servant in disguise and Sakura is her master confirmed.

People talked a lot about how this Hakuno is probably a fake because of how their name is written differently, but did people already mention that Rin and Shinji also have their given names written differently? In fact, Amari has her given name not written in kanji either, and only Sakura (who should be the only NPC of the bunch we have officially seen so far) has her name written the same as always.

In addition, about Amari:

The comment for her in the css file says "Amari" in hiragana, not kanji. This might not mean anything though since it could've just been easier for them to comment it without the kanji.
