If this was new-CM-a-week deal was a thing, wasn't there supposed to have already been a new character CM after the latest airing of Apocrypha? Or will each new CM not necessarily be corresponding with the airing of the latest Apocrypha.

Maybe it's Gawain's trick up his sleeve, everyone thinks Numeral is sun based and if there's no sun he's "normal" but it's actually clock based and King Hassan's sandstorm just blocked his vision,not his power.
I think Gawain in the Camelot chapter was dependent on being under the sun because of the blessing he got from the Lion King. Since it wasn't really the right time he needed to bathe in the sunlight for his fake sun to work. Probably.

But that's an NP, it would make sense for it to be that high. From all we known Gawain had only had one NP as a Servant.
