I've played in the iCBT2 and it was reasonably fun. The rates were increased so it wasn't a grind haha. Anyway some friends and I are going to be playing together. Currently it's going into the early access phase. You can choose to pay 50 for a bunch of cash shop benefits etc, 20 for less benefits, or 10 for just a bit of in game currency. Whatever package you choose, you'll be able to enter the 1 month founder's exclusive access period. Or just wait for F2P a month from now.
As for how it plays, the graphics are very reminiscent of Ragnarok Online, but it doesn't exactly play the same way haha. The bosses for example are more about moving around to doge their attack as opposed to needing the right team composition to out stat them. It has a very arcade like feel I guess? Movement and targeting are all done with the keyboard though. It also supports controllers.
One of the more notable aspects of ToS is its class system. There are 4 base classes, and once you reach level 15 with said class you have a choice between two classes, and once you reach that class's max level you can choose between two more. It goes on and on for up to 7 circles so far, with more planned. Also each class can be leveled up 3 times. For example you can choose Swordsman > Swordsman Circle 2 > Highlander or Swordsman > Highlander > Hoplite etc etc.
