While you brought that up, these stages are typically banned at Melty Blood tournaments, so you might want to consider that:
1) Making flamepits or bloodrings difficult to see :
Sabbath
No Control Red
Emerald Table, Melty Blood Texture
G TABLE (red version)
possibly also Forest of King Cruel or Crazy Cat Village, though those aren't quite as bad
2) Making Nero's snakes and certain other setups hard to see

Fateful Showdown
Hologram Summer, and the crossing crossing for WLen in particular. Through the Looking Glass is not actually that bad.
Since lots of these stages are cool, maybe add a clause that a character the ban is relevant for should be involved before it is in effect, ie you can't play an Akiha at Sabbath.
Also, specify whether switching characters between matches is allowed, and/or switching moons in process of a set with someone. I guess you're just letting people play whatever?
