However I do have a more general idea I would like to put out towards the RP section at large.
We have a lot of dead RPs.
How about we do something interesting as a collective about that? Kinda like Fanfic has their competitions, once a year the RP section could do a concentrated effort to raise one dead RP out of its ashes (either as a completely new project or as a continuation of the old one). In essence, we make a list of all the notable dead RPs and put them up to a vote, the one that wins, gets rezzed (under the old GM or maybe a new one/co-gms when the original one is too busy/etc). And if the GM does not wish his RP up there, he would just say so.
To cap it off, we can talk to DP and have him maybe have a different coloured name-tag for the winner (for bragging purposes) or some sort of minor prizes for the winner.
A silly idea, I know, but I feel like we could have something to raise a bit of a competitive and unifying spirit in this RP section of ours.
Besides sitting in #regalia, I mean.

That could be fun, I'd love to see how it would turn out regardless of who won. Perhaps have everyone who wants to do so nominate one RP of their choice for voting and after which we have the voting period itself.
Maybe 3 nominations and 1 vote (no self nominations/votes of course)?
I don't really think we need to restrict the nominations to one, but that is just me. Or if we have too many applicants we can have a prevote phase before the main vote to weed the numbers down to 10 or so.

Idk I feel if you pretty much force a revival all you'll end up with is another dead RP 2 weeks later. Usually there's a reason for people not reviving stuff.

Well then the main goal would be to think of a way to keep interest or to finish the game before interest ends, perhaps by making it really quick or something.
