Alright...are HM and TM items available?

They are, in a sense, though they're not traditional discs - more tomes and artifacts. An older family might have access to some of these soul manipulation techniques to give the daemon some added abilities. (Equivalent of TMs and Egg moves)

As in the game, you will learn some moves via level-up, some can be taught by others, and some can be learned simply from a tome or with practice.

You only get one, which reflects your origin and affinity, but yes, essentially so. And remember, if it dies, so do you.

Yes. Your Daemon is capable of evolving at the appropriate levels (or with the appropriate infusion of concentrated elemental power, after learning an appropriate ability or achieving a high sync ratio to you)

The final Tournament of Souls, the Sixth Holy Grail War - for having obtained the badges, you are deemed fit to command another soul as you command yours.

Sure - just tell me in general what you might be looking for and we can work something out.

Let's start with 3 general spells, with a possible fourth, depending on what your three are and your background.

Charmander as of Black/White. As always, a starter is quite the solid choice (except for Chikorita's line, which really has nothing going for it.).

That depends on your background, but I'd generally prefer nothing higher than the early teens for now. You probably haven't had the chance to get *that* much practice in, or experience in battling other Daemons. For reference, here are some base levels:

Just awakened circuits - level 1
Early Apprentice - level 5
In training - level 10
...
Average fully trained magus - level 22-25

Tohsaka Rin - level 42

Moves: You may choose any legal moveset, as long as you can justify it according to your character. (Egg moves are related to one's Crest, TM moves to one's family history and tomes, etc)
