Well, this is late, since I never go into Fanclubs, but anyway.
This is just a slight tweak on Pixiv's own embed code, which doesn't allow for that, no. As the images are stored separately (so you can link directly to this or this from the same album), I suspect it's technically possible, but I have no idea how. In any case, I can't imagine it would all work from one BBCode: we'd probably have to create something like a [pixivalbum] tag, which might have to accept multiple parameters so that you could determine both album and specific page.
If you can find or invent something, you're welcome to let us know and we'd probably have a go at implementing it, but we're not making any active efforts in that area atm.
