I don't know what it is, but something about the way Illya is drawn in this show makes the resemblance to Iri even stronger than usual to me. Which is weird when you think about it, since they're basically identical anyway. For some reason I just notice it more here than anywhere else.
Iri looks more like Medusa than Illya imo

If anime has taught me anything, its that hair defines whether you are related to someone or not, and Illya has daddy's bangs, not mom's
