The reason I transfer account to emulator is so that I can buy Quartz. Because it's a pain to buy other region quartz on my iPhone.
Buy a real Android phone to transfer to whenever you want to buy quartz.

what do you install to have the necessary apps? (if it's always work)
Pretty sure MEMU no longer works, since they attempted to remove support for working on emulated Android. The only Windows emulator I've seen that works is RemixOS. There are a couple of threads on Reddit talking about how to get it working. Tried it myself, and it's fairly painless if you download a pre-unrooted virtual HDD to run it off of, but the performance isn't too hot on older processors. My two year old laptop runs it better than my seven year old gaming PC, even though the latter has a faster, if less advanced, processor and stronger graphics capabilities.
I'm using Nox, and it works just fine for now.
