actual phone (Xperia Z3v). Definitely the least risk.
I play on my iPhone, which is wonderful for keeping me from spending money.
Used to be Bluestacks until the Unity switch from the KnK event so I switched to MEmu. From what I heard the new Bluestacks is compatible but screw going back to Bluestacks.

Why can't you? The only place I've ever bought quartz is on an emulator.
It works fine on the S4 Mini, maybe you can sell your current phone and try looking for a s4 mini in mercadolibre or the like. Better than buying a new expensive PC.

I use the Droid4X.
iPad mini 2 (wifi) since I don't have a smartphone. Have to recharge my ipad like crazy and now really worry about the battery life...I have managed to avoid purchasing quartz so far but the possibility of having to buy a new ipad a lot sooner than planned is dreading...
On m iphone that never has any problems so far.

On a lark I decided to install it on the emulator I have on my laptop (AmiDuOS), since that seems to run most of my games pretty well. Got QooApp installed fine, but actual FGO app would not install. Starts the install process and everything, but just says "App did not install". So I installed it on my Note 4, opened it up, and confirmed that I know how to read "maintenance" in katakana...smh...
So... Smartphone, then, I guess?
On my phone, so I can play the game at important moments where I'm away from my desk and have nothing to do.

Switched to MEmu when BS stopped working. Having a Windows phone was a blessing in this case.
I play on phone at work (Samsung Galaxy S6) now but before that I used to use Memu if that answers your question.
Itunes gift cards is a thing but i know what u mean.
