Broke my left arm on a camping trip.
Not a fun camping trip. Or resultant six months.

As a small child I tripped and landed on my forehead. On the corner of some bricks. Stitches were required.

The one I remember most vividly was when I was riding my bike down a steep road about ten minutes from my house and fell. I was going down pretty fast and the momentum made me land hard on my bare knees, and I went on sliding down on them a few more meters, leaving a bloody trail on the asphalt.
I left my bike leaning against a cousin's yard wall and took a shortcut home through her garden. I later heard she saw the drops of blood I left on my way home and thought something went after her chickens. The scars are still somewhat visible.
Broke my left elbow some years ago, still have an intramedullary nail in there because the expenses left me with too little money to remove it once I was fine, and I just can't be bothered these days.
Lord, that's metal.

The worst part was the itching
When I was a kid I slipped and banged my head on (all of two) stairs and tore a nasty gash just above one eye (thankfully the eye itself was unharmed). Had to go to the hospital and the area was swollen for a while. It happened because I was an idiot and tried to hop on one foot up the steps too. (For some reason?)
Ah, the follies of youth.
I have no real injuries, other than being born into this cruel world.

Sparring in Karate classes with a kid exactly my same height and skill level. Both punched at the exact same time. Smashed our firsts into each other. Dislocated two fingers. I looked like I'd dipped my middle and ring fingers into purple paint.

How did it feel to live anime?
Thrown off a galloping horse. Managed not to break anything, but I was damn sore afterwards. Also I landed in a patch of stinging nettles, which was a particularly nasty brand of icing on the cake of pain.
Other than that, my (literal) scars are almost all from fencing. Never too nasty, but the cuts don't tend to heal well. I think my knee probably bore the brunt of the worst incident, which left me limping for a couple of days.

I once had a clothing iron fall tip-first into my head.

I was biking pretty fast on a road in Vermont, swerved out of the way of a rock, went off the saddle and skidded on the road. Turns out a pebble got stuck in my elbow and made a hole - it healed up surprisingly well so now it's not a hole at all, but my left hip, part of my chest, and my elbow got pretty screwed up.

Mostlikely falling 3-4 meters onto my back and hitting a root while climbing a tree.
Not being able to breath for roughly a minute and having to lay there without moving for 15 minutes isn't nice.
