    I think the second looks better, but the first one makes it clearer that it's actual ruby text, and not just a continuation of the same sentence. But I agree with the others that (at least when it's alone like this) just moving the text up and making it actual ruby text is optimal (although this can look bad if you have to fit ruby into the middle of a sentence, but in this case it's not a problem).
