To be fair, Cu's bodysuit is actually a fairly clever visual depiction of how Gaelic warriors actually 'dressed' when they fought, naked and clad in blue paint over their bodies. It was a porno aimed at men though, who presumably don't want to see some (admittedly hot) guy's dick flopping about in the wind. Besides, even Rider (with the most sexualized outfit) wasn't outright butt-naked all the time.

I could make an issue of whether Gaels "actually fought" naked in blue bodypaint, but even accepting that as a concession to pop culture imagery along with Arthurian knights in full plate, my point is that the costume they gave him (and other F/sn characters like Rider and Gil) set the trend for using the "unreliable history" excuse far too much for my tastes.

To be fair at least TM seems like they actually did some research on something historical before they butchered it, unlike at lot of other franchises that feel like the author just searched for mythological names on Wikipedia.
