Can't log in to post blogs. I'm logged into the forum, but when I go to the Blogs tab it says I'm not. Then when I try to Create a new post, it says that I'm already registered under that name, and when it asks me to log in, it says I need admin permission to post?

I'll try again on my own PC tonight.

uhh it suddenly worked after I checked the "Remember Me" box

Might be able to fix that by clicking the remember me button, it helped when I had a similar problem.
Otherwise you can try clearing your cookies, or wait for proper help.

Yeah that problem happens all the time just click the box. I think it was also mentioned in previous pages.

Assuming you're not using a public computer, why wouldn't you click the remember me box?

When replying to people's posts I run into the issue where my spacebar doesn't work. I've tested it and it consistently only happens when I'm replying to a post on this forum. Everywhere else it works fine so it isn't my keyboard.

Yes, the staff knows this and can't really change this(unless there was a development?) Anyhow this problem should only occur in the first line. Typing a word and then pressing enter will allow you to use space again. Or using space after the [/Quote] and pressing enter should also work. Hope this helps, otherwise edit your post later.

Lately I've had an issue where, after typing a response in the Quick Reply box, click "Post Quick Reply" gives me a prompt that I'm about to navigate away from the page, then gives me an error that I submitted a blank post. I've been able to bypass this by just going to "Go Advanced" and posting as normal through that.

This is in Firefox.

That means the site is being slow and/or you clicked post twice.

I have the same problem on my phone. Clicking the remember me button should work, otherwise try deleting your cookies.

Browser seems irrelevant, as well as cleaning cache and cookies.

Hi guys, it's been about a day so I've decided to comment here since there doesn't seem to have any notice taken the first time around. As Zh1212 said above, I have been having extreme trouble accessing the forum as of late. Not just logging on either but even simply reaching the homepage from Google takes about two to three attempts at the very least (sometimes quite a bit more) with failed ones simply booting me to an error screen or "Server too busy, try again later" message. The same applies to clicking any kind of link within the forum, meaning browsing ranges from impossible to severely impractical depending on the favor of the random number gods. I have no clue why this is happening but I would severely appreciate it if any mods could try to figure it out and, if at all possible, fix it for me (or, if it's something on my end, explain how I can fix it). It's at the point where I'm honestly starting to wonder if I'm the victim of that "Miserable User" hack I heard about (no links because I can only barely post this up as is) when searching for a reason behind my predicament, but I can't imagine the forum's mods could be that petty. Needless to say, if that's (heavens forbid) true then just fucking ban me. I'll accept it and be much happier just to be able to browse the forum as a guest (and mainly admire my old Servant sheets) rather then being suspended in this hellish limbo (if you'll pardon the dramatic metaphor). Also, while for obvious reasons getting in touch on the forum is difficult as is, Email communication is for me completely out of the picture right now due to certain reasons, so don't even bother considering that. Sorry if that makes things more difficult.Lastly, a thousand thanks to Zh1212 for raising the issue here in the first place. At least some users here care about me!

The passive-aggressive self-pitying is not attractive.

You're not miserable, and no-one else is reporting these issues. It's presumably on your end. If you're certain it's only affecting this site, I have no idea what's going on and I doubt any of the rest of us do.

Thanks for the speedy reply, Seika. At the very least, I'm glad to hear it isn't any kind of attack on me in particular. (Hard to believe it was, but I couldn't think of any other explanation...)

That aside, I really have no clue what the cause could be. One day I can browse the forum perfectly fine, and the very next I'm getting error messages up the wazoo. I did happen to get a new monitor for my computer that day (and an entirely new computer yesterday) but I honestly can't see how that could have any effect. I even tried it on my old computer too and couldn't get any better results. Seriously befuddling.

And I apologize for the pity-party above. I intended that aside to come off as more humorous then anything. (Would've put an emoticon in if I could trust those will still work)

Also, for some reason another side-effect of all this seems to have been to cram my posts into giant text-walls. Hope that doesn't happen this time around...
