Probably from an event raffle box or honors rewards. You get more by farming Proto Bahamut for Champion Merits and cursing under your breath when the wrong one drops.

Actually her true desires are even more basic than that lol. Whether this makes her a more or less interesting character is up to the person I suppose. As for the Wind GW, man that plant loli is wtf lewd. Her Ougi is "Golden Shower" and the sound she makes... wtf?! I swear... My Crew made it past into A tier, but it was a close thing. Being under strength is dangerous haha.

My crew only ranked six thousand and something so we didn't even make it into the loser bracket, I'd feel a little guilty about not being as gung ho about participating as I could have been but since I won't actually be able to contribute honors again until five guild wars from now I'm absolving myself of all responsibility.
