Because like for a varuna build you want what, 3 levi daggers? But I have 4. Do I start uncapping them now or go for full levi grid first? But then, i'll have wasted 3 skill level 10 SSR's worth of skill points if fenrir comes back and I got 6 daggers. And we KNOW she's eventually coming back, so it's not VALUE
