As someone who has her, I fail to see what a buffer who has multiple layers of RNG and gets massively sabotaged by Blind and Charm can be considered good...

I think he meant she's a good waifu? As a buffer she's really not worth taking over the other options fire has. First you gotta get past charm rng, then hostility rng, then blind rng, then doge rng, THEN finally you have Hype RNG. If Anthuria had a 100% to grant Hype 4, she might be pretty good. As it is you have a 50% chance for freakking Hype 1 (10% attack), and only a 5% chance of hype 4.
