Hm well, they are finally implementing a way for Crews to make in game "NOW HIRING" ads next GW update, but until then you're going to have to look on GBF forums/Reddit/Discords/Beg friends, or get scouted randomly. I found my Crew on Discord.

Magna Red Chests have a pretty high rate of dropping Soul Balm, which thanks to the AP reductions actually means you get to do more Magnas instead of it just being a refund. The Hard raids used to drop a ton of berries, but the drop rates were changed. Normal raids still have an OK chance to drop berries, but I'm not sure the AP cost is worth it. They are a good source of Silver Anima though for anyone farming GW weapons.
