Should I 5* Cag just in case Xeno Cocytus continues the Xeno tradition of designing the fight mechanics around useless non-meta characters?

Yes. Unless you have more than a page of characters that still haven't been uncapped. That'd mean you've obviously been carefully saving those Merits. But I actually agree with Laith in this regard. Not because Dragliostro is cute, because as I have said before, she frightens me, but if you're going to uncap someone, it might as well be for a fifth star.

I'd still rather have a Clarisse (Event) SR.
