Classic of course. I like lily because her blowing up gen canon amuses me and I'll admit santa alter outmaneuvered my usual dislike for alter by being adorable, but nothing comes close to vanilla

MHX (The pure hatred, the future Vanilla Arturia who wants to stop Saber faces from ever propagating, tomboy, mostly joke character status makes her just great).
Alter (I really like her because of the threatening atmosphere she made HF, while at the same time you knew this was kinda the same Saber that helped you in the other routes and she probably still didn't want things to go so badly)
Lion King (Really great extension on King vanilla Saber, someone who didn't really want Camelot to happen but because of Saber's flaws ended as it did)
Vanilla Saber (The one you experienced so many great scenes with! Everything from what I consider to be the most memorable scene of FSN- 'Are you my Master' to her cool scenes like HF's Broad Bridge to her daily life scenes like the deito in her route in Fate or going around with Iri in F/z! There's been so much she's done for the Fate Franchise she should probably be first but I am listing in order of my favorites despite it being a Best poll!)
Not really sure how I rank the rest.
Proto Saber is good but I can't possibly rate him over the others when we've seen so little of him. His parts in Fragments are good I guess. He's interesting as a contrast to Arturia imo.
Santa is cute.
Lancer Sabers are ok I haven't seen their stuff so I really shouldn't comment.
Lily didn't have story until MHX's event... Where she was just someone fun to watch.

Lily. She's my only gold saber in FGO until I pulled Saber Lancelot the other day. Crotch beamu never forget.
Classic Arturia. She has the source traits of the majority of the listed, like Lily and Alter, so I really like that balance. Furthermore, her character touches the theme of personal development really well.
MXH is also great. Probably just a modern Saber with a lot of free time in her hands (And pretty mad about this polls). Prototype conceptually is also great, as he shares the basic traits from his counterpart. I think his exposition could be better but I think it is part on how Fragments is structurated.

When we say Vanilla Saber are we talking about Fate/stay Night Saber, Fate/Hollow Ataraxia Saber, or Fate/Zero Saber? Because the likeability factor changes greatly with each.
