As for me I’d say Prototype Arthur. It’s because I prefer King Arthur keeping his real gender as a male. But of course, I also like Artoria. And he can be just as badass as her. It’s a bit sad that we don’t so much of him... okay that's not a great reason, but well... I dunno.

It's Suit Saber, OP, but Lily is a fair settlement.
Yeah, having that is quite interesting, but Ishidas take on her physique is uncalled. While the outfit design looks really good, they could have gone very well with normal proportions and imo, it would have been a better fit, given her pre stablished traits and the situation of a disguised female knight.
But because there is an potential audience that prefers fanservice over character continuity, they decided to go out of their way and make a really stretched scenario, with boob magic and clear disclaimers of "There are various opinions"
Doesnt matter much now, as the only problem is Ishida last two acesencion arts. Given how different he has portrayed characters in the Apo manga, I would like to see a more familiar design for the Lancer counterparts.
Maybe she isnt refering to the design. I find him less apealing because he ( understandably but still) represents and indeed is, the perfect knight. There is little struggle in his character, a not a very flawed one, without much room for development. The best example is his "This is fine" realization. It just took a "meeting" with Ayaka and voila. Although this is still an oversimplification.
However, thats what Fragments wanted him to be like that, so its alright, just least apealing to some.

To be honest, it's a tie between Lancer Artoria and Arthur, but I think Arthur looks cuter and we haven't seen much art work of Lancer Artoria, so I chose Arthur.
It always makes me giggle when people refers to Strife with "she".
Strife is a reverse Artoria.
