I might be interested in making banners, but I'm not sure what the rules are, if there are any, as to what is acceptable and not.
I guess fanart is okay if you actually have permission to use it, not even sure about that though.
I suppose that means scenes or screenshots from animes or manga are also not allowed, but again not sure.
So, what are the rules/regulations?
I got that much from context; I was fishing for a name.

Yeah also: obligatory forum name in at least English visible.
So to me, the rules seem to be.
1) 150 x 800 px
2) Maximum three submissions per account.
3) Topic of illustration is TM related.
4) No fanart you don't own.
5) No porn.
6) Site name is somwhere in the banner.
7) They should more or less blend into the black background that most people use. If you're doing hand-drawn oness like me, keep that in mind.
8) Try not to go too meta, don't reference prevalent site posters so this doesn't turn into a circlejerk.

6) DDD banners are guaranteed a place in the rotation.
