Soo I'm not entirely clear on what Rama's Curse of Separation actually does in terms of benefits/drawbacks and I'm trying to write someone with that skill. Any ideas/info?

Don't use that skill unless you're planning to give it a unique description
I'm aware that Rama's version has a description unique to him, but the core of the skill is being doomed to always be separated from something/someone you want. So my question is what would that entail?

It's a curse on Rama that prevents him from meeting Sita. How the curse does that depends on the circumstances. Like when in America they managed to get close to each other but Rama was passed out from pain and only woke up after Sita sacrificed herself to heal him. It's all FATE.
i'll tell you when i get home

Machines do not lose their worth when a newer model appears.
Their worth (life) ends when humans can no longer bear that purity.
Did it also affect his being able to stay alive after getting Gae Bolg'd and being summoned as a younger Saber (since those are motivated by wanting to see Sita)? Or was that just Rama being Rama?

I don't think that Skill has an use unless both are summoned at the same time period.

Sounds like a Romanization issue, since Bs and Vs are pronounced nigh-identically in Japanese. (So I've heard, at least)
It's the reason in anime we get things like "Bloody Vivre" instead of the intended "Bloody Bible" or why nearly every instance of the English word "vanishing" (or a variation) out of context can be alternatively translated as "banishing". (Chuunibyou's signature mantra or the name of the villainous organization from Star Driver, to use two examples that come easily to mind)

Think of it as the ultimate cockblock.
though wouldn't they technically be united in the Throne of Heroes?
