True, but as far as I know those are all alternate Noble Phantasms for Servants that already exist in canon. If you have an original Servant sheet and a set of Noble Phantasms there's really no reason not to combine them into one post, otherwise it just makes things needlessly difficult for anyone trying to compile everything.

Is a double-plus modifier necessary on all of Krishna's parameters except Luck? It's very crowded and seems unnecessary—particularly when the physicals are all B++. Better than the fiftieth reuse of B-C-A for STR/END/AGI, but surely his feats under strain (pushing his limits) favour one physical quality over the others? There's also the constraints of the vessel—Krishna as Rider might have better Agility than Krishna as Archer, say, but lower Strength or Endurance.

Unless he consistently shows B-ranks physicals that all equally increase threefold, B++ for Strength, Endurance and Agility is out of place.

And if you want to add detail, an estimate of targets affected by each NP—say, 1000 for the anti-army mount and 1 for the sword (if it's anti-unit)—and the range of each one's effects would help flesh them out, even if it's arbitrary numbers.

I take it Vishnu Ka Avataar Chakr is the reason he has so many NPs? I guess that's fair enough. Riding is over-ranked though since just A+ is already enough to ride Phantasmal and Divine Beasts, and giving him all three flutes as NPs seems gratuitous given how similar their effects are. Lumping them together into one NP would make more sense IMO. Advice Of The Strategist also mentions a "Buddhi" NP which isn't included anywhere else on his profile. Is that an artifact from an earlier draft of the sheet? I also agree with King of Padoru's commentary on his NPs, and his earlier remark that Divinity would fit better in place of Godly Divine Core given Rama had the latter as an avatar of Vishnu.

I'm not sure I understand Blood and Burning too well, like she gets a Mana Burst type skill out of her pure rage and it also gives her info on people she makes bleed?

- Into the Blood (E):
two abilities in one allowing for insight into another's true nature and revitalization of the user through blood.

By touching another’s blood, Assassin is able to discern the details of their character and gather a disordered view of any and all past events and actions involving them. Rank increases depending on how much interaction she had with whomever it was prior to touching their blood. With each rank gained, she is able to detect deception to a greater degree. Furthermore, her view becomes clearer and she has the capacity to see into what the future has in store for them. Once engaged in combat this first effect is nullified and the second is activated. That is, when the blood of her enemies is shed, Assassin’s parameters increase by one rank for a brief period of time and, if bathed in blood, the greater its duration.

A reference to the later half of Assassin's legend where every other moment someone 'fell into the blood' during the massacre of her enemies, and her horror-inducing visions and malicious calculations of these events before, during, and after they unfolded. These events were so vicious that the ground beneath everyone's feet was a sea of red before it was done and, Assassin, christened the she-devil of her people, walked amidst the massacre's aftermath as a wildflower dyed crimson.

- Magical Energy Burst (E):
a version of the standard that transfers magical energy into the user's weapons and body. Though, at this rank, it is more likely to only startle the enemy than cause any significant harm.

When her enemies barricaded themselves in her hall, Assassin set fire to it to burn them all alive almost instantaneously, but, many of them survived instead.

Blood and Burning is the combination of these. It is also 「Into The Blood」's upgraded version, where her bodily-fluid induced clairvoyance is clearer and the increase in parameters is permanent during combat as well as extending to anyone in her company (I imagine it as they become frenzied, berserking butchers). But, due to her status as Avenger, this clairvoyance is distorted, twisted from the reality to suit her own. She can't detect deception either, because as Avenger the only thing that matters is what she perceives as the truth; what is right and how justice should be carried out. Basically, she's insane. Her revenge is insanity itself.

This confusion just means I should tweak the sheet to make it more comprehensible.

It has the effects of Charisma of the equivalent Rank, in addition to providing additional resistance to mental interference thaumaturgy.

Caster was noted to have been very learned in philosophy and greatly sponsored art and science during his reign. His reforms and military campaigns sparked a renaissance in the Sasanian Empire and resulted in his reign being considered one of the most successful in the empire’s history.

Type: Fortress
A fortified city built near Ctesiphon, the capital of the Sasanian Empire, after the sack of Antioch. It was specifically built to house deported Roman prisoners-of-war. It is one of Khosrow’s greatest building projects. It is a Noble Phantasm that requires an astounding amount of resources to build, but the rewards for managing to complete are quite exceptional, aside from its magnificence. For starters, the city is surrounded by a variety of Bounded Fields and allows for familiars based on Sasanid soldiers to be created for the purpose of patrolling the city.

But most importantly, the city itself is a unique type of Bounded Field. Servants that enter this Bounded Field will have all of their parameters Ranked-Down. Servants who were kings in life will have to pass a Luck check to avoid this effect. Another effect of this Bounded Field is that being within it allows Khosrow to grasp the concept of ‘king’ based on Plato’s definition of philosophy as understanding a concept objectively rather than based on a singular instance of it. Thus, he becomes an ideal ruler whom no one can object to because he is objectively a good king. His Philosopher King Skill is Ranked-Up to EX as a result and he gains the ability to speak something similar to the Unified Language, enabling him to compel people to obey his commands. However, the version of the Unified Language that Khosrow speaks is actually an imperfect replication of it that can be blocked out by covering one's ears.

Lore:

Khosrow I, also known as Anushiruwan, was one of the greatest rulers to reign over the Sasanian Empire. He was born in the ancient town Ardestan, which was built by the Archaemendis and close to the major city of Spahan. He was the third son of Kavadh I, had three brothers named Xerxes, Zamasp, and Kawus, and his mother was the sister of Bawi. This made him related to the Parthian House of Ispahbudhan.

His father was involved with a group of Zoroastrians named the Mazdakites, who believed in an egalitarian society and were supported by many lower-class peasants. Kavadh wanted to centralize his government by taking power away from the great noble families, so he supported this revolution. Kavadh I appointed Khosrow I as his successor on his deathbed.

Despite this, the Mazdakites gave their loyalty to Kawus, the eldest son of Kavadh, while the noble families and Zoroastrian Magi gave their support to Khosrow. Believing in a strong centralized government like his father, Khosrow eventually met and defeat Kawus and his Mazdakite followers in battle. Subsequently, Mazdak was executed for his heretical beliefs and Khosrow took the throne. At Khosrow’s succession, the Byzantine Empire and Sasanian Persia were in open conflict with each other. However, they were in a stalemate and neither side was able to get an advantage over the other, leading to Emperor Justinian and King Khosrow to eventually agree on a peace treaty. Another war broke out near the end of Khosrow’s reign and a stalemate occurred again, but Khosrow’s death prevented peace negotiations with the Byzantine Empire.

Khosrow is said to represent the epitome of Plato’s philosopher king in the Sasanian Empire. Upon his ascent to the throne, Khosrow refused to restore power to the nobles and magi and instead centralized his own government. During his reign, several reforms and military campaigns were carried out and the arts and science flourished in what was essentially the empire’s renaissance. Khosrow himself had a vast array of knowledge of philosophy and greatly encouraged the teaching of it. He was known to have been greatly interested in Indian philosophy, mathematics, science, and medicine, sending several embassies and gifts to the Indian court and requesting them to send back philosophers to teach in his court in return.

His great patronage of philosophy and knowledge has earned him the title of King of Philosophers.

Personality:

Khosrow I is a proud, wise, ambitious ruler who tends to speak in a fairly refined yet blunt manner. He is a skilled strategist and is willing to exploit any opportunities he finds to get ahead. In life, he loved his subjects greatly and constantly sought ways to improve their lives, such as passing tax reforms. He often boasts that he is the greatest of all kings in the Sasanian Empire, which might arguably be true. He is a firm believer in direct action, seeing how he centralized his government during his reign rather than having the nobles and magi do most of the governing.

He is most passionate about art and education. Woe betide anyone who dares deface a work of art in front of Khosrow, for there is no greater way to earn his wrath. Furthermore, he is disdainful to those who willingly forsake their educations. Additionally, he is highly critical of artworks, education systems, and ideologies and will not hesitate to point out any flaws he sees in them. Unfortunately, he tends to come off as condescending while doing so.

He has a special spot in his heart for India, having been impressed by their achievements in certain areas of knowledge and learning. When interacting with Heroic Spirits originating from India, he makes an effort to behave with the utmost respect to them.

Relationships:

Ritsuka Fujimaru: Khosrow refuses to accept anyone as his Master and would rather view them as a trusted ally, should they build a good rapport with him. Ritsuka’s overall friendly demeanor allowed them to accomplish this quite easily.

Holy Grail: “What an intriguing artifact. The fact that so many are willing to fight over must mean it’s worth more than can be fathomed. However, such a thing does seem too good to be true… Tread carefully, Magus.”

Nero Claudius: “The Emperor of Roses is an enthusiast in the theater arts? In that case, I would very much like to observe one of- Why are you trying to persuade me not to, Magus?”
By the time the performance was over, Nero’s beyond abysmal lack of talent had horrified Khosrow to the point where he couldn’t express it.

William Shakespeare, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Katsuhika Hokusai: Khosrow was very much pleased to hear that there Chaldea housed Servants who achieved fame through the fine arts in life.

Nikola Tesla: “A man who managed to teach humans to harness the power of lightning? Haha! Truly magnificent! One capable of such an accomplishment truly is worthy of being called a Heroic Spirit!”

Any Indian Servants: “I am very fond of India. The achievements its people made in philosophy, science, mathematics, and medicine were quite admirable. I do hope that we can establish a good relationship with each other.”

Angra Mainyu: “All the World’s Evils? Magus, keep a watchful eye on this one. Even if he is pathetic by Servant standards, he is still very dangerous to humans such as you.”

Justinian the Great: Khosrow views Justinian as a worthy opponent and regrets not having been able to achieve victory over the Byzantine Empire, only being able to manage a stalemate in the end. If the two were summoned in a Holy Grail War, Khosrow would be excited to have a chance to finally prove his superiority over his rival.

Khosrow truly does feel some admiration for Justinian the Great, seeing how as the latter could stand as his rival for so long. Upon seeing Justinian Alter, Khosrow lost his temper, claiming that a twisted mockery of the one he views as a ruler as great as he should not exist. At the very least, Khosrow acknowledges that Justinian Alter is incredibly strong.
