Regarding the 1st effect, Hautclare was continually described in a bunch of beautiful ways so I figured I'd play me hand at making that an actual effect, I'll rework it to a more balanced level. For the second, Gae Bolg was an inspiration for the degree of stretching it and i tied it into true magic more 'Nasu' flavour. I added all the constraints on Oliviers part to balance it out.

Astolfo said that Roland was into that kind of stuff so I figured I'd take an opportunity to make the obvious prod.

Huh. I could only find the one part about it being a blade of burnished steel with a gem in the hilt. Maybe I didn't look hard enough in the actual poem itself, though.

Also with Extella out, I may add a few things to Genghis Khan and Agrippina the Younger.

Extella lore from what I've heard is downright cray-cray so I'm looking forward to seeing how you'd integrate that into your sheets.

Accolon: Very interesting Servant there. You obviously put a great amount of thought into his personality and he comes off as a fascinating 'anti-villain' through his devotion to Morgana. His first NP you admit is Secret Of Pedigree with the serial numbers filed off but the secondary effect is far more interesting. It goes hand-in-hand with his personality too in that, just as he feels 'empty' inside he also perceives others as merely hollow, anonymous shades who he can't truly interact with.

His second NP I was worried would just be Saber Alter's but you managed to come up with your own take on it, so good job there. It sounds very powerful against any Servant that uses their NP as their primary weapon since he'd almost be assured to clash against it in a fight. I take it the sealing effect is only for the duration of battle and not permanent? Sealing other people's NPs for the remainder of the War (especially since it's activated so easily) would be far too hax.

Avalon Morgan... seems unnecessary frankly, and I'm not just saying that because it's based off my own (heck, I'm flattered in that regard). He's already very powerful for one with such a sparse legend so I don't think he really needs a third NP at all, and it feels like you shoehorned it in lore-wise as well. Besides, in the version of the legend I was familiar with, Morgana got the idea for stealing Avalon after Excalibur and the whole fiasco with Accolon, not at the same time. All in all, I'd seriously consider scrapping this one.

Well, of course Extella lore is going to be weird: EXTRA lore by itself is bizarre. The moon is a giant freaking computer left here by aliens, that grants wishes when you touch it but also sort of doesn't, and we're all inside of it because the apocalypse is now in-progress-forever on earth.

Anything built off of that is going to be pretty far out there.

Argumentum Ergo Tres Lanceas Grand Hall of the Deranged (Anti-Team) (B) - The most powerful of Agrippina's Noble Phantasms. It is a Noble Phantasm that alters the already established territory to that of Simo's desired snowy plains through the user's will - similar to that of Nero's theatre Noble Phantasm. Much like her daughter Nero, Agrippina possesses a construct that crystallises her true self and it is an "absolute imperial zone" which allows the owner to achieve their aspirations.

I'm guessing that second sentence isn't quite right. Either that, or Agrippina confirmed Counter Guardian HÄYHÄ in disguise?

Probably. I remember seeing a Shirou/Masamune Pseudo back in the old thread, and a few people were inspired to make some more based on it. Besides, it doesn't really belong in the Modern Fictional Thread, and I don't think it's really worthy of a third thread. Go ahead and post it here.

Thanks for the feedback on Accalon. I've lowered his Luck. I haven't changed Helm of Clouded Vision's effects to the effect Bird of Hermes suggered because my concept was that he has a personality and can think somewhat rationally, it's just that his mind is very twisted. I have remove Avalon Morgan because on second tought, it was indeed unecessary. I also added that the effect of Excalibur Morgan last until the end of the battle.
