Basically I knew there was little to no material for the character so I took it as a challenge to make a Servant out of them.

I see what you mean. Sometimes I even find it easier to do sheets for figures with sparser histories, since I have more room to come up with my own take on their character without needing to trawl through a half-dozen sources first.

that is too long, by the time he's finshed the incantation he's already had at least three phantasms get a direct hit on him, killing him.

...A little late there, buddy. On the default forum settings, that sheet's already like three pages back.

    -Title:
Nosferatu, The Dragon of Romania, Son of the Dragon, King of the Night, White Knight of Wallachia
-Other Qualifying Classes: Saber, Lancer, Berserker, Archer, Rider and Avenger
    -Gender: Male
    -Alignment: Lawful Evil
    -Origin: Romania

    Parameters:
    -Strength: E
    -Endurance: B+
    -Agility: C
    -Mana: A+
    -Luck: D
    -NP: E+

    Class Skills:
-Item Construction (C): A skill which measures one's ability to manufacture magical items. Caster does not use this ability much, but he can create very powerful magical items such as potions granting temporary invisibility and protective amulets.
-Territory Creation (B): The skill to build a special terrain that is advantageous to oneself as a magus. Creation of a "Workshop" becomes possible.

    Personal Skills:

-Black Magic (A+): A branch of magic used to perform evil acts, particularly the sort that allows one to communicate with the dead. This means that Caster has access to all of the knowledge of the dead and can even control the dead, body and soul. He does not use this power for good, but pure evil as in his heart due to being a servant of Satan. As such, he can control the weather to call down lightning bolts to strike an opponent, shoot green bolts of poisonous energy and can even attack with fire conjured from Hell itself.
-Shapeshifting (EX): Caster can shapeshift at will, able to grow and become small, his preferred forms notably being that of a demonic fire-breathing bat, monstrous wolf or poisonous mist. When the moonlight is shining, he can travel as elemental dust within its rays. He is able to pass through tiny cracks or crevices while retaining his human form or in the form of a vapour.
-Battle Continuation (A): Will remain alive as long as does not receive a fatal injury. Caster requires to killed by being stabbed through the heart or having his head decapitated in order to be fully killed.
-Monstrous Strength (D): Boosts strength one rank when active, at the cost of becoming more bestial.
-Bloodsucking (B+): Because he is a vampire that subsists by absorbing the blood of living creatures, Caster can drain the blood of humans through physical contact to strengthen himself and replenish his mana.
-Beast of the Night (EX): Only during nightly hours, does Caster experiences a rise in stats between 6:00 p.m and 12 a.m. Sunlight, on the other hand will diminish his powers and prevent him from shapeshifting. Due to this skill, Caster is also granted a particularly affinity for unholy or nocturnal beasts and can even remotely control them through mental commands.

    Transformations:

    Noble Phantasms:
-Corruption Of The Innocent: Dark Metamorphosis
    *Type:
    Anti-Unit
    *Rank: E+

Caster's most mysterious power is the ability to turn others into vampires by biting them on the throat. The bite itself does not cause death, as it is one of many methods vampires use to drain blood of a victim and to increase their influence over them. Victims who are bitten by Caster will not die and be placed under a weak form of hypnosis which forces them obey almost any command that Caster issues them to the letter. But only those with a strong will can resist Caster's influence and delay their transformation into a vampire.

-Castle Dracula: Domain of the Dark Lord
    *Type: Anti-Fortress
    *Rank: EX

A gothic and foreboding castle that is the residence of Caster, Castle Dracula is floating palace that is the product of Caster's magic. Dark power pours from the castle without end, spawning monsters within its walls and infecting the surrounding land, its inhabitants and local creatures. The castle’s mere presence causes an everlasting night over its domain, with a layer of heavy black clouds serving to blot out the sun's life giving rays and create an atmosphere of perpetual gloom that works in tandem with Caster’s Beast of the Night skill to unleash his full might.

Castle Dracula is in some ways the source of Caster's very dark power. It can sense people within its interior, react to intrusions by sealing off entry or exit points, and is able to sense a person’s connection to Caster or to drag people within its walls. Its evil influence alone threatens the life of mortals trapped inside and more than enough to corrupt people (be them alive or dead) or turn them into monsters. A seemingly infinite legion of demonic monsters live within the castle grounds, consisting of demons summoned from the depths of Hell and animals forcibly transformed into dark creatures by the castle’s shadowy aura, patrolling it’s dusty and dark labyrinthine corridors.

Wherever Caster goes, his dark presence allows the castle to appear anywhere and anytime he desires. As long as he lives, Castle Dracula will never be destroyed.

    True Name:

    Spoiler:
Caster's True Name is Count Dracula, the primary antagonist of the legendary novel Dracula. Universally recognized as the archetype of the vampire, he is one of the most famous fictional characters and horror icons of all time. Dracula is a centuries-old vampire, sorcerer and Transylvanian nobleman descended from Attila the Hun, who rules over his namesake palace and he attempts to expand his realm in England but is thwarted and destroyed by the protagonists.

While his tale was originally penned by Bram Stoker, many different creative minds have made their own interpretations of Dracula ever since the original novel became public domain. Much like how Sasaki Kojiro is an imaginary rival constructed from the many duels Miyamoto Musashi fought in life, Dracula is a composite being made up of two famous figures from Romanian history: Vlad Ţepeş, a Wallachian prince infamous for his brutal tactics against his enemies and John Hunyadi, a battle-hardened Székely warlord.

In the early to mid-fifteenth century, as the Ottoman tide reached its apex, freedom from the suzerainty of Ottoman dominion was a dream shared by many regional leaders. Relationships and partnerships were forged between these leaders, most of which were not entirely successful, but few are more dynamic than the triangle that was formed between Vlad Dracul, his son Vlad Ţepeş and John Hunyadi.

Since the fall of the Byzantine Empire in 1453, the countries in south-eastern Europe had been sandwiched between the forces of the Christian west and the Muslim east. The fifteenth and sixteenth centuries were particularly difficult, as the expansion of the Ottoman tide swept across the continent. Striving to preserve the independence of their states, this region has not surprisingly produced some of the most incredible men of the time.

John Hunyadi was a celebrated war hero, made legendary by his confrontations with the Ottoman Turks. He was a man of immense power and wealth, often financing campaigns largely out of his personal funds. His ultimate desire was to see the Ottomans expelled from Europe forever. His political and military machinations reached into surrounding countries, including Wallachia, where he set up and deposed some of its leaders (based on their perceived loyalty to the Christian cause), including Vlad Dracul, and his son Vlad Ţepeş.

Dracula was driven by a passionate hatred of all that would disrupt Wallachian independence, especially the Turks. This enmity was fuelled in part by a period of Turkish captivity during which he had endured tortures of several kinds, including frequent use of the lash by his Turkish tutors. When Vlad Dracula became voivode of Wallachia, he became widely known for his liberal use of impalement as a form of punishment, hence his nickname “the Impaler.” This torturous method of execution was used with great effectiveness as a means of psychological warfare in his brutal battles with the forces of Mehmed “the Conqueror,” who was one of the most powerful sultans of the Ottoman Empire. Because of his opposition to the Ottomans, Vlad Dracula was seen by many as the father of Romanian sovereignty.

An examination of the links between Vlad Dracula and John Hunyadi begins with the relationship Hunyadi had with Dracula’s father, Vlad Dracul (“the Dragon”). In 1438, just two years after taking the Wallachian throne, Dracul aided Sultan Murad II in a raid on Transylvania (Treptow 44). Hunyadi, having recently been appointed as “defender” of Transylvania, was unable to stop the Turks from plundering several cities. By 1440 the relations between Hungary and Wallachia began to improve, as politically Dracul began to stray from the Ottomans in favor of his Christian allies. Hunyadi, however, had not forgotten Dracul’s aid to the Ottomans in 1438. Thus, when the Sultan had Dracul imprisoned in 1442, Hunyadi removed Dracul’s oldest son, Mircea, and seated Basarab II on the Wallachian throne. This appointment did not last long. In March 1443, Sultan Murad II released Dracul after he agreed to send his two youngest sons, Vlad and Radu, to become “guests” (hostages) at Murad’s court. “The Dragon” invaded and reclaimed his rightful place as ruler of Wallachia a few weeks later.

Meanwhile in Hungary, Hunyadi had become engrossed in preparations for what would be known as the Varna Campaign. Not wishing to weaken his border with Wallachia, Hunyadi chose to accept Dracul once again. On the eve of the Varna offensive, the two signed a treaty increasing trade between their respective nations. It is entirely possible that Hunyadi used the agreement as a means to compel Dracul to participate in the upcoming campaign. With much trepidation, Dracul agreed to send 4,000 troops to serve in Hunyadi’s army under the command of his son, Mircea. Dracul was taking a great risk, given the precarious condition of his two sons being held hostage by the Sultan.

The Varna Crusade ended in disaster. Fearing repercussions from the Ottomans, Dracul had Hunyadi arrested upon the latter’s flight through Wallachia. Vlad blamed Hunyadi for the debacle. He must have felt anguish over thoughts of his children being slaughtered because of his decision to support the Transylvanian Voivode. News soon came that Murad had not ordered Dracul’s progeny killed, but rather, preferred to use them as a bargaining chip to control Wallachia. From 1445-1447, the enmity between Vlad Dracul and Hunyadi began to grow. Both men supported different candidates for the Moldavian throne, and neither had forgotten the other’s transgression. Dracul was compelled to sign a treaty with the sultanate in light of his decrepit relations with Hunyadi. In July of 1447, Hunyadi appealed to the leaders of Braşov to support Vladislav II for the Wallachian throne. In November, he invaded Wallachia. Dracul was killed near Balteni in January of the following year, while his oldest son, Mircea, was buried alive by boyars loyal to Hunyadi.

Necessity makes strange bedfellows, or so it would seem when examining the association between “the Son of the Dragon” and the “White Knight” of Hungary. Like his father Dracul, Vlad Dracula felt the Wallachian throne was his by divine right. His opportunity came when he was released after four years of captivity following his father’s murder in 1448. Hunyadi had chosen yet again to confront the Turks. He enlisted the newly appointed Vladislav II (Voivode of Wallachia) and along with other nobles, crossed the Danube on their way to Kosovo in 1448. Dracula seized the opportunity and invaded Wallachia, and, with the help of the Turks he briefly captured his coveted prize.

The victory was short lived as after suffering defeat at Kosovo, Vladislav II reclaimed the throne and Dracula was compelled to flee to Moldavia. For the next several years (1448-1455), Dracula was forced to travel back and forth between Moldavia and Transylvania riding the tides of political change. Hunyadi would not offer him any help, and the turbulence surrounding the frequent change in Moldavian leadership required Dracula to maintain a low profile. In 1455, the situation was right for Dracula to reemerge as claimant to his father’s throne. He appealed to Hunyadi for asylum, and this time it was granted. The Transylvanian ruler went as far as introducing Dracula to King Ladislas, lauding him as the best man for the Wallachian crown.

Hunyadi may have come to realize that Dracula was the man he had sought all along. They both shared a special hatred for the Turks and with Hunyadi’s coming preparations to defend Belgrade, he needed his Wallachian flank secure from Ottoman loyalists. Both men had witnessed first hand the cruelty of the Ottoman blade. Years of captivity sharpened Dracula’s disdain and would lead him to commit legendary acts of barbarity, earning him respect, fear and fame throughout Europe. Shortly after his ascension to the Wallachian throne, in the early summer of 1456, Vlad Dracula took an oath of loyalty to King Ladislas. This let Hunyadi concentrate on the defense of Belgrade and relieved his anxiety concerning his Wallachian border.

Only three months after Hunyadi’s death, which occurred after he led the valiant defense of Belgrade, Ladislas V wanted Dracula removed. The events that followed bring to light another aspect of the relationship between Hunyadi and Dracula: their mutual kinship with Michael Szilagyi. Szilagyi was cut from the same mold as Hunyadi and Dracula. A fierce warrior and ardent enemy of the Turks, Szilagyi was also was Hunyadi’s brother-in-law and a trusted friend and confidant to both men.

In a bold move, Szilagyi rallied the supporters of the Hunyadi family (following John’s death) against the Hungarian nobility, which was led by two former friends of Hunyadi, Palatine Garai and Nicholas Uljaki. This put Szilagyi in direct confrontation with the Hungarian King, Ladislas V. Szilagyi drew first blood when he had his own nephew, Ladislas of Hunedoara, killed. Ladislas had taken the title of “Warlord of Transylvania” after John Hunyadi’s death, and opposed his uncle’s attempts to consolidate Hunyadi’s power.

There can be little doubt that Hunyadi, Dracul, and Dracula shared the same goal: the end of Turkish oppression that was to blanket the area for centuries. Both Dracul and Hunyadi spent considerable time in, and showed loyalty to, the Court of King Sigismund I. Sigismund was patron to both men. He trusted them, and he made it possible for Hunyadi and Dracul (and thus, Dracula) to assume the vital role of leadership in a war-torn area. So why then did their relationship end so poorly? To understand this, one must understand the driving force behind each man.

Vlad Dracul sought to maintain Wallachian independence at any cost. After the passing of Sigismund I, Dracul went the way of many of Sigismund’s followers. That is, their loyalty was extended to the man, not the crown. Realizing that he would never receive the support from the new King of Hungary that he had from his patron, Vlad sought peace with his enemies in order to save his people from the brutal wrath of the Turks. Subsequent peace treaties and the homage he paid to the sultan put him at odds with the oath he swore to Sigismund as a member of the Order of the Dragon: to fight the enemies of Christ, whether they be Hussite or Turk.

John Hunyadi was, in many ways, an idealist. He never swayed from his dream of ending Ottoman suzerainty. Hunyadi always held a feeling of contempt for those who would placate the Turks rather than fight. Frustrated time and time again by western powers, Hungarian division, and the cowardice of the regional nobility, Hunyadi fought on against overwhelming odds in the vain hope that Christendom would rise up and unite to smite the Turkish “infidel.”

Both Hunyadi and Dracul influenced Vlad Dracula. As the son of Dracul, he carried on and surpassed his father’s vow to fight the Turks. He shared his father’s desire for Wallachian independence, and took inhumane measures to make it a reality. Even when one considers that the tales of the Impaler Prince are certainly exaggerated, the fact remains that they are based to a great extent on actual events. From a military standpoint, Dracula was surely inspired by the tales of triumph and sacrifice made by Hunyadi. He even went as far as imitating Hunyadi in his famous “night attack” on Mehmed’s camp. His own efforts to resist the Turkish menace have inspired a nation, and, for better or worse, his name lives on because an Irish writer chose his sobriquet “Dracula” for the title character of his classic horror novel.

Nosferatu: The Background was insanely in-depth, good job for giving it extra love.

His Skills makes him feel like a "Final Opponent" of sorts, especially with the Beast of the Night Skill.

Personally, fix the Skills Section format by having an empty row spaced between each Skill, so it's easier for others to read.

Nosferatu: The idea for the sheet is cool and all and I appreciate the amount of flavor you put in, but the amount of Skills you've included is simply obscene. 5 Personal Skills should be a hard limit for Servants, whereas yours has eight. Moreover, many of them aren't even essential aspects of his legend or can easily be folded together into pre-existing ones.

Charisma and Subversive Tactics are unnecessary since you've emphasized the vampiric aspect of Dracula rather then his role as a military leader (remember that Servants embody some limited aspect of a Heroic Spirit's legend, not the entirety), while Shapeshifting and Monstrous Strength can probably be folded up into Black Magic and Beast Of The Night respectively.

Other then that the sheet's pretty good, though. It's also occurred to me that Vlad himself (at least in his Apocrypha incarnation) would absolutely hate this guy, as Nosferatu fully exemplifies the vampiric legend he despises in himself. I'm expecting this one to be a "skewer on sight" for our favorite Romanian lord...

Sounds actually pretty cool. You could spin off all kinds of parallel world shenanigans from it. Though, I'd recommend being able to spell his name first...

It has kind of quietened down a bit lately now that you mention it, but I think that's probably just a phase. It'll probably liven up again when more regulars come back and start posting Servants...

Haven't done a sheet in actual ages come to think of it. Sorta just ran out of inspiration on the stuff I was working on, and I haven't really read of anyone else who interests me enough to want to make a sheet about. Well, I did listen to a podcast on Francis Drake, but unfortunately I'm a little late for that one

    Personal Skills

    Battle Continuation: B

A Skill that allows for the continuation of combat after sustaining mortal wounds. It will also reduce mortality rate from injury. This Skill represents the ability to survive and/or the mentality of one who doesn't know when to give up, consisting of one's strength of vitality in predicaments. It is also one of the powers of a vampire.

    Futures Condemnation: A+
The repressed memories of Berserker's heroic youth. These memories do not soften his madness but actually accelerate it for the recollection of his greatness and happiness only fans the flame of his rage. Should the memories be triggered by something, he will lose all control. In these situations, external mental influence is cancelled out and his Strength parameter is boosted, but his constant sorrow and anger makes his spiritual core highly unstable.

    Instinct: B

The ability to instantly identify “the best personal course of action” during combat. Because this Skill allows for the prediction of trajectory, it is possible to avoid attacks from firearms. Here auditory and visual interferences are halved but being summoned as a Berserker makes him rely on his instincts rather than strategy.

    Mana Burst: A-
Raises abilities by wrapping the weapons or one's own body in magical energy and then instantaneously releasing it. Jet propulsion by means of magical energy. Uther possesses great physical strength which is only enhanced further by this ability, though he does not possess the same level of magical energy as his children. Notably while compared to ArtUria, he does not possess a literal Factor of the Dragon but his Noble Phantasm which makes him a false member of dragonkind grants him this skill. However as a result it is unreliable in combat situations as it is… leaking.

    Noble Phantasms

    Caledfwlch
    Tyrant Sword of Forced Victor

    Type:
    Anti-Unit
    Rank:
    B
    Range:
    1-30
    Max Targets:
    ~

The holy sword of the Pendragon lineage but otherwise better known as Caliburn, it is identical to the sword once wielded by Arturia but "One Step Older". The holy sword wielded by Berserker before being placed in the stone of appointment at the time of his death. Originally a sword for the sake of selecting the king. Its "Anti-Unit" classification does not refer to the enemy, but instead point to the one who shall have ownership over it from now on. When the owner turns into a proper, perfected king its power will become appropriate for a holy sword, however as Berserker has been summoned in his disgraced self unworthy of being called a King, it's rank is locked in its current position. Although inherently inferior to Excalibur, this holy sword also converts the magic energy of the owner into heat value, releasing it as particles of light.

It is derived from swords with similar legends, Gram, "the sword of supremacy in the tree" from Northern Europe as itself was the model for it, including Merodach the original model of the "legends of swords of selection in the various lands of the world", and "the foundation of the sacred right to select the king" and as if it were to face them, it would lose due to being a newer incarnation.

It can be given freely to others unlike many Noble Phantasms but if it is wielded by a "True King", its power will increase to 'A+' Rank.

    Red Comet
    Flames of Dragon Gorlassar

    Type: Anti-Army
    Rank:
    A
    Range:
    0
    Max Targets:
    500

The primary Noble Phantasm of Uther as a Berserker. The crystallisation of the "Red Comet" Merlin witnessed in the sky that prophesied Uther's reign. ‘A shining light to illuminate the darkness, however it will burn up quickly and destroy everything nearby when it crashes.’

Passively, it allows for superior mana generation to prevent this Berserker from burning out but when activated, it allows Uther to shroud himself in a veil of magical energy in the size and shape of a dragon. Although he cannot manifest this state for long and does not become an actual member of the dragonkind but rather a "True Imperfection" that can only exist for a a maximum of ten turns. However in this state his speed and offensive power increases and allows him access to the breath weapon that dragons hold.

It should be noted that as a result he possesses a weakness to "Dragon Slayers" in this state.

    Lore

Uther Pendragon. The father of King Arthur and the Proud-High Knight-King of Camelot.

The youngest of four sons of Constantine II, his eldest brother succeeded the throne of Britain but was murdered by his brother advisor Vortigern. Uther fled to Brittany as a child to escape his treacherous brother but fortunately, Vortigern was not a competent king - with a disastrous alliance with the Saxons. He returned to his home with his older brother Aurelius Ambrosius who burned Vortigern in his castle and Aurelius assumed title of king.

With Aurelius as king, he along with his advisor/bff Merlin took the stones of Stonehenge and lead the armies against Vortigerns sons to root out any dissent. Armed with the holy sword Caliburn, both were easy tasks. On the way to the battle, he saw a red comet in the shape of a dragon, which Merlin interpretated as Aurelius's death and Uther's glorious future. Upon victory Uther took the epithet "Pendragon", and used dragons as his personal banners.

Upon finding out his last brother had been poisoned by an Assassin he became High-King of all kingdoms of Britain while ruling from Camelot and suppressed all uprisings of the Saxon people along Merlin and his retainer Gorlois. He met Gorlois' wife Igraine at a victory banquet. She was so sweet, so kind, so beautiful… Uther became utterly obsessed with her. Naturally a war started between the two for Igraine.

Gorlois sends Igraine to an impregnable castle while he himself is besieged by Uther in another town so Uther hits it up with his buddy Merlin who makes Uther look and sound like Gorlois for a day. Naturally he walked straight into the castle and spent a night with Igraine. The next morning, Gorlois was reported dead and Uther married Igraine and adopted Gorlois and Igraine's daughter Morgause who later married King Lot and mothered Gawain. Merlin wanted payment in the form of raising Uther's successor, which he was happy to oblige.

He had two daughters, Morgan le Fay who was born with the supernatural blood of her father and Arturia who had the 'Factor of the Dragon' inserted into her as the incarnation of a Red Dragon - akin to her father's namesake. Although Morgan le Fay was the proper and recognised daughter Arturia was made heir though Uther sent the latter away as he could not name his successor female. Although Uther was frankly apathetic to both children at best, Morgan felt suprned and Arturia grew up unknown to her birth which later caused the fall of Camelot.

    Father of the Year.

Uther fell ill, but when the wars against the Saxons go badly he insisted on leading his army himself, propped up on his horse. He defeated a young and fit rival king, despite the Saxons calling him the "Half-Dead King." However, the Saxons soon contrive his death by poisoning a spring he drunk from.

The once proud king of Britain fell into despair as his kingdom started to fall into ruin. Even though he had an heir to take his place once he fell, she was a 'mere woman' who he had to put all his hopes and dreams on and he knew his body would give out before he could raise her to be king. So he walked to the stone and placed Caliburn there, where he told Merlin "Whoso pulleth out this sword of this stone is rightwise king of all England". Paving the pathway for his successor.

With his dying breath, Uther cursed the world and fell into a fit of rage at how could fate allow such a thing to occur before his very eyes. What's left of the once Proud-High Knight-King, is nothing more than a Half-Dead King who's filled with nothing but pure anger and rage towards the world that stripped him of everything... including his life.

    Character

Uther can be summoned in three classes and possessed a different mentality for each. The Caster is the 'Wise & Manipulative King' talented with Druid Magecraft, the Saber Lily version is the pure hearted warrior who fought alongside his friends for the hope of the future.

The Berserker is the Half-Dead King filled with nothing but pure anger and rage towards the world that stripped him of everything. The Red Comet that Merlin saw in the sky one night and used to prophesies Uther’s rule: ‘A shining light to illuminate the darkness, however it will burn up quickly and destroy everything nearby when it crashes.’ This is him at the end, once splendid but now crashing and burning - determined to take everyone else out and drag them to hell with him.

He is the Hero who Failed.
