Happy End: He resolved his issues himself without you discovering it, thus leading a happy life.
Bad End(s): You discover his true side and he kills you.
Normal End: Sacrifises himself so you don't find out about his true side (but you do).
Good End: Resolves issues in secret with your minimal knowledge and the two of you lead a happy life.
True End: You help him resolve his issues, you part ways but know you'll see each other again.

Yeah normally if he use it it destroys his body, with unlimited grail juice he can pretty much just use rune to continuously regen, it still hurts as fuck but at least he has a body
