What's the description of Billy's version of Eye of the Mind (False), if possible? Just was kinda curious to see how much weaker it is than Herc's/Mumei's
I'm guessing it's probably just a basic description (like Souji Okita's) since the Skill page on the Type-Moon Wiki has the skills of the Servants from Mats I-III translated (and they do cite this forum as their source for them). Billy hasn't been translated yet, he was originally in Clyton's queue, but then he scrapped it so it's unknown when he'll get around to him.
Yeah basically all the Skills and NPs (prior to getting the full entries out now) were translated by me and put on TM wiki. That was like a long time ago however, and my Japanese had gotten better by then, but the description should still be generally accurate (hopefully lol). I can post the short descriptions here for Billy's Skills.
Magic Resistance: Says that because he's a modern Heroic Spirit, he gets no resistance to magic.
Riding: Only horses can be managed with above average skill.
Mind's Eye False: It's the generic description. Doesn't have flavour text.
Canon did Marksmanship, Quick Draw and Thunderer:
I used MoC's and Canon's tidbits to translate the entire NP entry as this:
The Colt M1877 double-action revolver (a.k.a. Thunderer), whose use Billy the Kid said to have favored, coupled with his signature counter-like triple-burst shot, are sublimated into this Noble Phantasm.
Strictly speaking, the Noble Phantasm is not the gun, but "this gun being fired by Billy the Kid", so it is more like a Personal Skill than a Noble Phantasm when viewed in such a comprehensive manner. The most unique characteristic is that a large part of this Noble Phantasm is incorporated into the greater section called "Billy the Kid's techniques", greatly reducing the mana cost to the point that it is equivalent to an E-rank Noble Phantasm.
As one who has the perceptions of a Servant, time slows down for Billy's senses and his surroundings and he completely grasps the situation before countering his opponent's attack before it has reached him. Whether it is an Archer's sniping or a Saber's slash heading towards him, he fully grasps his opponent's location and their attacks, before making a maximum of three consecutive shots at their vital points.
As a Servant, the range of this technique is several times greater than in life. However, this is a counter that is understood only as a means to an "avoidable attack", attacks that he can actually dodge in other words, and would not work against attacks that cannot be avoided.
Please forgive me however since I wanted to work on the profiles I already worked on. I understand that Billy (as well as Geronimo and Edison) are highly anticipated by Americans and others, so to confirm this for everyone, I'll work on those 3 aforementioned profiles after my current queue. Just as a refresher, it will go like:
Siegfried
Fergus
Eric Bloodaxe (for these three, I'll try to get their profiles out this weekend, one of them being released by tonight)
Santa Alter
Saber Alter
Lancer Alter
EMIYA (Assassin)
Irisviel
Jeanne
Mash
Billy
Geronimo
Edison
Thanks for the update. Siegfried is next, I'm always interested when a servant from a previous work gets translated from the Mats since it gives you some idea of how they would act in a Grail War and towards their master in general (outside of their previous circumstances). So it'll be interesting when someone does EMIYA's (Archer) profile just to know what his general attitude would be in a Grail War when his past self isn't involved.
We see all throughout his interludes and during the events and in Extra and Extella what Emiya is like when his past self isn't involved. He's a schoolteacher mom.
Localizationing stuff
So besides Clyton, MoC, and Canon, who else does translations on this thread?
Also other translators from Reddit, which we then gets links to it here

Currently (like, actually) finishing Apocrypha 3
So rereading Iskandar profile again.
Now I understand why his MT has advantage against Anti-Fortress attack now. (originally, he didn't have one right?)
It's to address why he able to evade point blank Excalibur. Military Tactic did it.
Its really cool they address old stuff like that, just like Diarmuid's Knight's Tactic.
Another reference of Iskandar taking Anti-Fortress NP was in one of the times he had used his RM. In there he said he was confident of surviving and then overwhelming not only anti-army attacks but also anti fortress ones as well. And as you said he was able to completely defend himself against Excalibur even if it did cost him his chariot (Though Waver seems to think if he wasn't there then Iskandar could have fully overran Artoria even faster then Excalibur.) This stuff just reminds me that Iskandar really is supposed to be a very special and powerful HS even tho that is something that's easy to forget.

It's easy to forget that he is supposed to be a Top Servant, with his bare minimum influence in all of his appearances after FZ collab.
Prolly dumb question, but did we get info on what a "Top Servant" is
beyond that they're stronk I mean, like do they have some special characteristics (Grand candidate, more impressive Saint Graph, special NPs or somesuch) or is it just a fancy title to note powerful servants?
Just people the Moon Cell picks to lead it's programs in defending it or something?
