He has Karna's skill which makes him seem weaker. Has innate fitness like Roma and Kintoki but ranked down. His BC is because he's in a state between life and death and he does not have a Zabaniya

Wait, how many Personal Skills does the guy have? He had four listed on his sheet before mats came out, and now you're saying he has two more as well?
Enough to cover two pages, and that his At the boundary actually got leveled down when he became a servant.
So all he has is Azrael? Any differences or further description on it?
And what rank is his Natural Body skill? B or D? (Since Sakata has A, but Romulus has C, you mentioned it was ranked down.)

That's kind of wild. I don't think any Servant had more than five Personal Skills until now, aside from composite ones like Imperial Privilege and Expert Of Many Specializations.
His body was A, then ranked down to C I think because he modified his body due to religious reasons. Also it is further elaborated that Azreal is just a sword that happens to be able to kill anything because KH wields it. Victims feel no pain from it though they do feel fear and eventually repent.
I just noticed that King Hassan's parameters you see in profile is actually ranked down. In reality these ranks are increases by 1 rank according to the mats. So I guess he actually has STR A, END EX, AGI A, Mana D, Luck D, NP EX which is some top servant level stats for an Assassin class servant.
His stats in the Materials are that high? Or it's mentioned that what we see are ranked down, which would actually make his hidden stats STR C, END B, AGI C, Mana E-, NP B?
No. His stats in material are listed the same llike the game with an additional line saying that the real ranks of these stats are +1 rank.
Wow those are good stats.
What does King Hassan's artist comments say?
Now that's something I'd expect from a Grand Servant.
