Yeah Kotomine really didn't use Hassan to his full potential. Its a pity that they were used as a sacrifical pawnHassan 100 can split into up to 80 parts with a chance that parts that don't realise they're part of them show up (this seems to be a reference to the scrapped plot thread for Zero where Weber befriends a little girl who turns out to be a Hassan who didn't know it). Each Hassan has a different personality with different strengths and weaknesses and if a master could manage to understand all of them and use them appropriately, they would be a huge threat.
Is he talking about no name?100 Hassan to "Hassan of ●●": "You damned genius!"

Hassans are never really used to their full potential. Sadly.
If you're asking about the Merlin part, it refers to this dude
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Joseph_Merlin
Not the Merlin you're thinking of.
John Joseph MerlinMerlin was a harpsichordist and violinist. His musical inventions included a barrel organ and better stringed instruments. He patented a compound harpsichord. He invented a harpsichord with pianoforte action. J.C. Bach performed on his radical keyboards.
If Merlin is anonymous today, he wasn't so in 1800. He created Merlin's Mechanical Museum to display his machines. It was popular for years. One visitor was a child named Charles Babbage. Babbage, of course, went on to invent the forerunner of the modern computer. He told how he was touched by two robots formed as nude figurines. He said,
"One figure ... glided ... along. ... The other was [a] danseuse. ... Her eyes were full of imagination and irresistible."
Merlin had touched Babbage's heart and head. Years later, Babbage managed to buy those lovely robots for himself. He liked to run them for visitors.
Has the personal skills of Nightingale, Babbage, Edison, Paracelsus and Jekyll been translated?
Here's some of his.
Create territory EX (equivalent to D)
Creates the lab of the great Edison, king of inventors. Those who work under Edison as a servant are forced to work non-stop 24 hours a day.
Item creation EX (D equivalent)
Edison is famous for the invention of many items that remain used today. Some say he only improved on the inventions of others, but his achievements still remain undeniable. As a servant, Edison can upgrade the weapons and NPs of other servants. The success rises the lower the divine mystery level of the target is. However, NPs that are derived from achievements (like God Hand) cannot be upgraded.

Oh yeah does anyone have scans of 100faced Hassan? I want to see the designs of the Hassans other than Asako.

More he can pull one over on Hercules. Murder, no. Not unless he can figure out Godhand really quickly by seeing it in action. So, he has to kill Hercules with something other than Grendel Buster in order to see it (Hrunting), and then realize what it does, in order to use Grendel Buster to kill him over and over before he can regenerate fast enough to become immune. All of which is impossible, since he'd abandon his swords upon contact with Hercules.
Spoiler:
Thats dumb
I guess he used concept improvement on himself
So anything on Jeanne Alter's personal skills? I'm very curious on why her self-modification skill is EX.
