Kinda hard to reconcile Caster Gil having all the abilities of the Archer version and more, yet still never get summoned despite Servants defaulting to their prime.

Prime doesn't necessarily mean most powerful
To make a bad analogy, if you summoned Harry Potter as a Servant you'd get him as a 17 year old student even though he was technically more powerful as an adult Auror
iirc he sealed his EE as a caster in babylon
I vaguely remember that now, but I don't think that would apply to Servant Cas Gil. Granted it doesn't mention Ea in the mats but didn't the mats also omit Invisible Air? I think they just ignore obvious stuff if it takes up space sometimes.

That...actually is a kinda bad analogy and I don't get it lol. But I do understand prime doesn't always mean most powerful. Caster Gil would be his prime as a ruler and Archer Gil would be his prime as a hero, so I guess it would have to default to Archer being as "King of Heroes" is his whole shtick.
In Babylon he said he sealed Ea, also since his GoB only uses magic wands and his normal gear gets regulated to become expendable explosives in just one attack I don't think he's necessarily stronger.

How would that not also apply to CasGil? Yes he's Servant instead of a human but the thing with him sealing Ea was because he retired his skill-set to be more mage like, thus the seal despite as a living human Gil could use Ea more stronger then we ever saw before. This Caster Gil in Chaldea is the same, he has purposely changed his fighting style to be a Caster so it wouldn't pass me that Ea was still sealed.

I thought that was the case originally but the profile says GoB is the same, he just uses it differently. It does seem odd that he can convert the weapon supply into ammo for miniguns of which there are at least several dozen and not have that aspect hampered is odd, but I guess that's a testament to how massive the treasury is?
Although there's this line which I don't get:
Why "meagerness" of all words? I can't figure out what this means. I guess he doesn't attack as much?He guards his back more compared when he is as the king of heroes, and so his meagerness during battle has increased.

Ithink its safe to assume that at the very least, from the magic wand restriction alone Cas Gil is weaker in terms of fire power than normal Gil in that department.

FWIW, I'm not sure if it's confirmed or not, but in my mind the strongest version of Gil is when he shows up to help fight Tiamat.
Yeah that's like Super Serious Gil plus AoG backup, which is going by what Enkidu said in SF that Gil's use of Ea is weaker when he's in the modern era.

Yet when we came back with Ibaraki he basically switched back to Archer form and started pulling out all of his toys, including spamming golden rule and drop Ea on my party. So I'm sure his "sealing" here is similar to servants refuse to make use of their stuffs i.e Tamamo, Rama, not that they outright don't have the ability. IIRC mew briefly mentioned that kind of stuffs in this topic b4. It's "I have these all the time but I don't want to use, BUT if you piss me off I will make you pay". So if you want to make Caster Gil pull out Ea, just piss him off like Ibaraki aiming for his treasure vault.
