Assassin qualification is just "person who kills or orders someone else to kill" nowadays
Assassins and serial killers are the two big groups these days, I think, but there's definitely some weird cases. Cleopatra's the biggest question mark, personally, although I get that she symbolically killed off the millenia-old line of Pharaohs with her suicide.
