He's in a very awkward situation then. Being a Servant in that class of all classes.
Spoiler:
Assassin qualification is just "person who kills or orders someone else to kill" nowadays
Assassins and serial killers are the two big groups these days, I think, but there's definitely some weird cases. Cleopatra's the biggest question mark, personally, although I get that she symbolically killed off the millenia-old line of Pharaohs with her suicide.
What if she is Assassin cuz she has deadly beauty?
Isn't that Stheno?

Doesn't mean it's exclusive to her.
Torturing or generally being mean also gets you a spot, see: Carmilla, Wu Zetian
shit BL says
Once and always and nevermore.
Or using ancient Eastern martial arts, as per Li Shuwen and Yan Qing. But using modern Western martial arts will land you as Ruler instead.
Carmilla's probably in with the serial killer clause, what with supposedly having murdered ~80 young women. Up to 650, if you believe one witness.
Wu's more complicated, though, what with all the theories about her murdering her own children to frame political rivals (which is even mentioned in her mats!). Or the various rivals she supposedly murdered.
Harem politics involves a lot of poison and strangulation, I guess.
Billy the Kid: "too young, no Magic Resistance"
Nikola Tesla: "no problemo here, Rank C it is"
Shakespeare is Billy the Adult and Tell is Billy the Elder. I don't think we have Billy the Teenager yet but I might be forgetting someone.
For a laugh, you could throw in Abigail Williams as Billy the Girl.

I'll try to finish Mashu before comiket hopefully.
Thanks. She was only really active for a year, wow.
She can't even pull it out? From the episode where she did not pull out her sword even once during her lifetime, Jeanne uses a flag as her weapon without making use of the sword hung on her waist. “La Pucelle: The Crimson Holy Woman” is a Suicide Attack Noble Phantasm where flames blossom in full glory not from the sword’s blade, but from its hilt. It is an article where in the case that it is employed, Jeanne herself will also be extinguished.
Spoiler:
Little by little, the mats are getting translated:
Clyton - Mash, Swimsuit Arturia Alter, and Swimsuit Raikou.
castor212 - Caster Cu, Berserker Vlad III, and Ko-Gil.
GundamFSN - Karna, Brynhildr, and Sherlock.
Or if you want to go by volume count:
Vol 1: 2
Vol 2: 1
Vol 3: 3
Vol 5: 3
Say castor212 and GundamFSN, how's it going on your end?
