I like how they used actual names as examples of people they would and wouldn't get along with.Motivation/Attitude towards the Master
For both Anne and Mary together, they take into consideration if their Master is of the “same class” as them, and they are fundamentally a little rebellious. Especially even more so if their partner is a person of the bourgeois class. They have no problems with people such as the naïve Shirou or Rin who is neutral towards those with authority, but they feel that what is called the ‘worst compatibility’ is being partnered with someone like Tokiomi for instance.
I didn't know they got caught at Jamaica though, in fact I didn't know there were pirates in Jamaica. Jamaica was controlled by both the Spainish and the British for a long time, you'd think pirates would be more active in the Lesser Antilles.
I wonder how far the two of them can separate from each other since they're counted as one Heroic Spirit.
Spoiler:
How far away Anne and Mary can be separated from each other. Will something bad happen to them if they aren't together for too long? I wonder if Orion and Artemis would have the same problems too.

Is that Helen nonsense based on the Priestess of Iris thing she did in the version where Paris kidnapped a fake and she was transferred to Egypt instead?
That was Euripides' Helen, and no, there was nothing about her being a priestess of the Moon Goddess or anything there either. Judging by the reference to Elysium (another Roman invention), that's probably something the Romans came up with.
I do find it interesting how another one of very few members of the non-glory-hog club, Menelaus, also gets shafted in the same profile though. From cuckolded husband willing to take his wife back despite her infidelity to abusive jerk who never loved her to begin with. I guess we have to justify Aeneas being on the "wrong" side somehow, huh?

Isn't Elysium pretty Greek?
Blunder on my part. Elysium IS mentioned in the Odyssey. I didn't remember that at all...
EDIT: In my defence, though, the Greek version of the wikipedia article mentions that references to it up to the 4th century BC are extremely rare; limited exclusively to a small note in the Odyssey and a reference by Aristotle to the same.

Aeneas is fine. He already got a mention in Extella by Nero and he seems to be still well respected.
Anyhow tbh I don't really mind much because while Menelaus was kinda a nice guy he's also the one that is the least likely we will see as a Servant, especially when you have contenders of Odysseus, Agamemnon, Ajax, Diomedes, Nestor, Aeneas, and Paris who I see more likely we will see as Servants. And besides they kind of need this if they want to make Paris a little bit sympathizable because in myth all he pretty much cared about was what was between his legs so upping his good points like his sense of justice and fairness (which was why he was made to judge the goddesses in the first place) I think is good. Sucks for Menelaus but im more interested in seeing a NP of Apollo possessing Paris anyway.
But before any of that tho I just have one desire.
Cassandra Servant when DW.

Teeth, hair, blood, and a small shard of cloth.
And he doesn't have them because they don't exist yet.
aaaaaaaaaaaa
Localizationing stuff
To me it is. I mean I can't even think of how Menelaus would be as a Servant. The only thing I can think of him having as a NP would be the agreement to call all the male suitors but honestly I would see that an ability like that would fit Argamemnon more.

Basically the way I think of it is that anything that would make Menelaus special I would actually see it as something his brother woupd have.

It doesn't matter who gets to show up or not as a Servant. Doing a 180 on two character's personality is bad. Specially something on this level. Everyone and their mothers dissed Paris during the Trojan War.
And about not having anything that could be an NP, have you seen Anastasia Romanov?
As someone who did a more sympathetic take on Paris myself a while back, I personally like where TM is going with him.
I hope they don't make him too righteous though. He should still act like a lazy, shameless flirt most of the time, just with a heart of gold buried beneath that.
Yes and Anastasia has enough popularity that such a change would be expected. Menelaus though was a side character through out the Illiad. His biggest highlight was his failed duel with Paris. They could come up with something, and from the looks of they already have seeing the mention of Elysium. So he would probably have something relating to that.
